Croissant De Espelta x 56 GE61320

This delicate, incredibly soft puff pastry is made with spelt flour, butter and spelt sourdough.

For an even lighter, more tempting, croustillante crust, glaze with egg and decorate them with little pieces of spelt.

Spelt is a highly nutritious cereal that is lower in calories and more digestible than wheat. It has an unmistakable flavour.
