Gammon Steaks 4x225G (8oz)

Gammon is the hind leg of pork after it has been cured by dry-salting or brining, which may or may not be smoked.

Like bacon, it must be cooked before it can be eaten; in that sense gammon is comparable to fresh pork meat, and different from dry-cured ham like prosciutto

The company of Abbey Foods very originally started in 1820 with a butchery and slaughterhouse in Leighton Buzzard, WM Yirrell (still there in Old Road, Linslade). Fast forward 150 years, and in 1995 we created Abbey Cheese so now specialising in both cheese and meats.
