Hot Curry Powder 450g

A complex blend of coriander, turmeric, cumin, onion, fennel and other hot spices to give an earthy, medium-hot, fragrant powder.

Can be used as a marinade overnight to allow a more intense flavour to develop, or used directly in the cooking process. Ideal with lamb, beef and chicken.

Made the curry in the picture, and it was very, very yummy!!
