Our Pearl Couscous is made from 100% Wheat flour with its renowned al dente texture and gorgeous nutty taste. A versatile grain perfect for hot and cold creation alike, from fresh salads to intense curries.

Cooking in a pot 

• Quick fry Med Cuisine Pearl Couscous in a pot, you can add oil, salt, and spices to taste and mix.
• Add 1 cup of boiling water to each cup of pearl couscous and mix, Simmer for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
• Remove from the stove, Cover the pot and let it stand for 5-7 minutes.
• Gently spread and sponge the cooked pear couscous with a fork before serving.

Microwave oven
• Pour the Med Cuisine Pearl Couscous to a heat-resistant container, You can add oil, salt, and spices to taste and mix.
• To each cup of Pearl Couscous add 1 cup of boiling water and stir, Cover the bowl with a plastic dish or lid and cook in the microwave over high heat for 3 minutes.
• With gloves, remove the microwave bowl, Spread gently and sponge the cooked pearl couscous with a fork.
• Cover again add cook for 2 minutes more.
• Rub gently with a fork, cover the bowl and let it stand for 5 more minutes, then gently rub once more with a fork and serve hot.

Keep in a cool, dry place
