Finest hand-sliced dry cured ham from San Daniele del Fruili. Cured for a minimum of 13 months from heavy Italian bread pigs. Distinctive sweet flavour and soft texture. PDO certified (protected Designation of Origin), completely natural product of finest pork and Sea Salt, free from additives and preservatives. Contains very little fat, which is monounsaturated due to the curing process.
