This loaf with pronounced ends is characterised by its combination of flours: spelt flour, which provides freshness, and both buckwheat and roasted rye flours, which add warmness and intensity.

Its great quality is due to triple fermentation, sourdough and the local types of flour.

For best results:

Thaw for 25-30 minutes

Bake at 170-180 C for 35-45 minutes
