Turkey Boneless Saddle – 3 kg
A Turkey Saddle is a boneless version of a Turkey Crown. A full saddle will have both breasts and weigh usually 6 to 13 pounds (3 kg to 6 kg.) If it has bones in it, then it’s actually a Turkey Crown. Some variations can include some thigh meat. The saddle may come with skin on or off. Some can come already cooked and or smoked.
